LSU LOSES ANOTHER RECRUIT: LSU lost its fourth recruit from a still-solid 2010 recruitng class on Wednesday. Cassius Marsh, a defensive end from Westlake Village, Cal, opted to commit to UCLA. Marsh, a four star prospect according to Scout.com, had been pondering the switch for a while. In the end, he wanted to play closer to home. Marsh had comitted to LSU in October. He had offers from USC, Oklahoma, and Cal.
Hot Hornets win 123-110
The hot Hornets took over eighth place in the Western Conference with a 123-110 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night at Oakland
Chris Paul led the Bees with 38 points, 9 assists 6 rebounds and 3 steals. He made 14 of 19 shots from the field and 9 of his free throw tries. Paul committed seven turnovers.
Rookie guard Marcus Thornton put in 18 points as all five Hornets scored in double digits.
Emeka Okafor scored 12 points with 12 rebounds.
The Hornets are 11-4 in January and have won three of four games on this Western tour. They have been outreboudned in seve nof their last nine games.
