Britney Spears might have put child support and visitation to rest for now but custody is still an open issue. Some believe the more the legal issues are still being discussed, the greater the chance that Spears will engage in bizarre behavior which is what occurred this year.
Yesterday, Spears finalized a Court agreement which increases the amount that Britney Spears must pay Kevin Federline per month. The increase will mean that Spears will pay Federline an additional five thousand dollars for a total of twenty-thousand each month.
Also, the agreement means that Spears will be able to see her two boys Sean Preston and Jayden James for a second observed overnight stay.Spears will also pay $250,000 legal fees over the post marital dispute.
The child support amount is to maintain her sons to the standard of living to which they were accustomed.
Spears is reportedly happy with the agreement which can only be good if she is to get her life together and perhaps attempt a real comeback as a singer and performer.Spears originates from KentwoodLouisiana and her father has been the conservator of her estate.
Meanwhile, an improved relationship between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline can only have a positive impact upon her own two boys.
