Upon her release from the big house, Paris Hilton jetted off to Maui for some fun and sun. However, she has just returned to Los Angeles for the 4th of July and has also posted a warm message to friends and fans on her MySpace page.
"Happy 4th of July everyone, and remember to be responsible and have a designated driver!" reads Hilton’s MySpace message. "Just looking out for you all. I love you and have an amazing summer!"
Also thanking those who stood by her, Hilton writes, “I just want to thank you all for your letters of love and support. I am doing my best to respond to each and every one with the letter I wrote – that message was for fans like you who have supported me through it all.”
In the end, writes Hilton, "The past month has inspired me to move forward with some exciting new projects, so I will keep you all posted."
In other news, Christina Aguilera and hubby Jordan Bratman are expecting their first child together.
Another rumored pregnancy is Nicole Richie, who has been linked with Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden for six months. Although this has just been hearsay, TMZ.com states that they are positive Richie is a mom-to-be, and latimes.com claims that Richie will “be eating for one, not zero.” Good one!

After Rod Stewart’s son, Sean Stewart, was arrested, released and charged with four felony counts after he allegedly threw a brick at a Hollywood couple, the Sons of Hollywood star pled not guilty on Tuesday. However, according to the alleged victims, they suffered “shock, horror, fright, worry, grief, shame, embarrassment, anger and chagrin” when Stewart and his pals began throwing objects at their vehicle.
