It’s CyberMonday, but don’t leave a digital trail when you e-tail.
Today is known as CyberMonday which has become the biggest and most important Internet ecommerce day of the year.
It follows Black Friday and over fifty percent of employees with online connections at work are expected to use at the office for shopping today and during the next coming days for their holiday gifts.
There are many rules of the cyber-road, such as:
Make certain your online privacy protection software is up to date and operational;
Get permission from your boss or supervisor before you shop online if you are using their computer;
Don’t click on Internet e-mail solicitations;
Read all of the rules of the Electronic highway dealing with returns, deliveries and other shopping features.
One of the national sites to visit is http://www.cybermonday.com and each hour there will be a special promotion.
However, it is important to consider Louisiana sites as our economy needs the local dollars.Unfortunately, many of those pure local retailers do not have the infrastructure as do the nationals, but, it is up to the consumers to be a little more cautious in the local purchasing.
Many of these Louisiana sites are boutiques and while not necessarily apart of the national CyberMonday brand, they need our green so they don’t go in the red.
So, shop, ‘til you drop, but make sure your boss approves your e-journey (if you are e-tailing at work) and you take necessary precautions for your Internet protections.
The Internet is now mainstream USA.CyberMonday is now a tradition.Get your best prices, and let your fingers do the shopping down the mall of the future.
