Mark St. Pierre, a New Orleans technology vendor pleaded not guilty in federal court today while former New Orleans Chief Technology Officer, Greg Meffert and his wife Linda were granted a stay in their arraignment.  The Meffert arraignment is scheduled for November 24.

The three were indicted on 63 counts.
