They has got to give us more money, because if you do the math yourselfs you can see where Our Great Democrat Governor program done used that money. She done hired this company with out bidding the job out because she knew these good old boys would take care of us.My O my poor boys had to take big bounus for all their great work they did for new orleans last year. Now that bad man bush done sent over 10 billion down here but he knew that would just make us look bad when that money dissapear. Why you can`t just buy nothing with 10 Billion in louisiana. Now if they just put that their in Ray Nagins hand instead of some out of state company no one never heard of,New Orleans would have already been back on it`s feet.A black man could rebuild three cities with 10 billion dollars.
