And the development and institution of highspeed rail or monorail systems have benefits that will increase the quality of life for many. To be able to journey in a safe, inexpensive, and semi convenient fashion is a true reflection of what freedom truly means. People being able to travel out of the city, people being able to travel to the city, people being able to effortlessly experience and enjoy what other people in other locals do. That is what the exchange of ideas and communication is all about. Travel is much more real than cyber talking...... There is no substitute for freedom, or one that is viable anyways........

The street car system in New Orleans is a very convenient form of transportation for many. It is also a service, that if managed properly does have the potential to pay for itself in many ways. It's preservation, enhancement, and even perpetuation onto a higher platitude for the provison of services to the many are a meaningful and nobel aspiration. And methods to reduce operational or obtainment costs for its infrustrucure should be pursued vigourously and adopted into the S.O.P.
