It’s time of the month, again, for those who love getting “punch-drunk”.

It’s time for “Politics With a Punch”.

The program now in its sixth year features another banner cast for the Christmas Special.

The rock-em, sock-em “Punch”  which is “funnier than laughing gas” showcases this Thursday night at the Cricket Club, 2040 St. Charles Avenue, New Orleans  which is the new location for the event. For this show, there are opening the doors early, at 6 p.m. for a Punch Happy Hour to celebrate the Holiday Season. This social time is a great way to network with other people, explore business opportunities and possibly find your next client, customer or partner.   The event is emceed and co-produced by Jeff Crouere and co-produced by attorney and Bayoubuzz Publisher, Stephen Sabludowsky.

As usual, the event will begin at 8 p.m. Post event, the bar will remain open and light snacks will be available for Punch patrons.

As usual, it will feature a very outstanding panel of celebrities:

  • Robert Cerasoli, Inspector General of City of New Orleans
  • Stephen Forster, Renowned Photographer, Featured-TP “Big Easy” Page
  • Yvonne Landry, Comedian, Owner N.O. Underground Improv Theater
  • Anthony Patton, CEO-EBO Networks, Talk Show Host WRNO 99.5 FM
  • Roop Raj, News Anchor, WDSU-TV Channel 6
  • Rudy Vorkapic, Humorist, Publisher of New Orleans Newspaper Levee
  • Hon. John Young, Jefferson Parish Councilman-at-Large

Here are some of the many topics that will be discussed:

LSU in National Championship again while Saints find a way to lose again; Brad and Angelina bring little pink houses to New Orleans; Inspector General gets the budget he needs, let the house cleaning begin! First place to look--$100K per year call center operators; Oliver Thomas will not be a “rat,” so he will soon be a prisoner.

On Thursday night John Young will tell us whether he wants to follow Bobby Jindal to Congress; Rudy Vorkapic will entertain us with his humorous political analysis; Roop Raj will report on the major news events of the day; Anthony Patton will tell us about what is driving the people of New Orleans crazy; Yvonne Landry will enlighten us with her comic observations; Stephen Forster will give us a unique insight from behind the camera; and Inspector General Robert Cerasoli will shed light on his daunting mission, the most important job in New Orleans!  Get your Tickets now by emailing steve@bayoubuzz.com or jeff@ringsidepolitics.com .

This is politics, fun, and festivities, New Orleans and Louisiana style.   Come out and meet the stars.
