(Metairie) - Gov. Bobby Jindal who has recently endorsed Steve Scalise for Congress will host a rally in support of Steve Scalise at Jacmel Inn Restaurant in Hammond this Wednesday, April 30.

Opposing Scalise is Democrat Gilda Reed who has racked up some big traditional democratic endorsements.Reed appears to be hoping that Republicans view the election as a “cake walk” and will not vote.Democrats are energized this election cycle but a public rally attended by Governor Jindal, who has just made an appearance on Jay Leno, could be will be an asset for the Republican State Senator.
Scalise was slammed by Tony G Sunday night and revealed for the true hypocrite he is. He failed to show up to the next forum and asked to participate by phone. He said he was in Baton Rouge. I called Baton Rouge and they said he took two weeks off to campaign. The Louisiana Jindal wants to hug up to this guy and help him out?
