Members of the public now have until August 23, 2008, to submit public comment on the below action plans:
First Action Plan, Amendment 27 - Asks the federal government to allow the state to break the $150,000 cap in the Road Home program to serve a greater population of applicants in the $7,500 Individual Mitigation Measures program.
First Action Plan, Action Plan Amendment 28 - Proposes changes to the Road Home regarding home valuations and determining the pre-storm value of a property.
First Action Plan, Action Plan Amendment 29 - Reallocates $3.3 million in Community Development Block Grant funding for building code enforcement.
