Bell was originally charged with attempted murder and is due in juvenile court next month after his original conviction was vacated.He is the lead defendant in the Jena Six.There are reports that White Supremacists will rally on Martin Luther King Day.Early this year, thousands protested and marched in Jena blaming many institutions including the judicial system.The entire Jena Six case made world wide attention.
