On May 8, The US Senate Special Committee on Ethics decided to dismiss “without prejudice” the complaint by an organization called Crew against David Vitter, US Senator from Louisiana in connection with the Ethics complaint arising out of the DC Madam case.

The Select Committee Ethics committee decided to dismiss the claim for various reasons said that no crime has been proven however, it did not dismiss the claim “with prejudice” and called the possibility of solicitation of a prostitute, “reprehensible”.  David Vitter refused to testify in the case against the DC Madam, Jeane Palfrey who later allegedly has committed suicide.

Actually what it is, would be the rest of the story: It would appear that the 'solicitation' or whatever alleged on the part of Vitter 'bashers' happened when he was not even the elected representative to D.C..... ?????????? Hence, it was none of the business of the 'investigators' or 'charge bringer uppers' and they dropped the issue. Even though everyone, like Wendy, or the R'sW of cyberspace wanted to them 'jump into action' so that a pound of flesh could be rendered. Yeah, facts are facts, and real issues of real importance such as heightened flood protection measures, hurricane protection mediums, tornado safety constructions, etc., etc., etc., not forgetting cost savings for taxpayers are ignored by the folks in charge, and paid little attention to by the general masses, including the cyberspace 'Morals and ethics parade', that is until they get smacked with one of those naturally occurring events that are no longer a phenomenon experienced by their 'Ha-ha' neighbors while they say "Whew!!!!!! That was close!!!!!! Better them than meeeeee...............""""""

This villains in this particular story are not Vitter, or the madam, or the johns. It is the sham that is our congress. The Senate and the House are dens of thieves and crooks. They would not dare censure Vitter, because it would set a precedent that could endanger the empires that all of them (democrat and republican) have built at our expense in Washington. If they come down on Vitter, they have to come down on Barney Frank, and Larry Craig, and Ted Kennedy, and .... the list goes on forever. Like a post on the Picayne website. Even Republicans denounced the raid on Bill Jefferson's office because they know what kind of crooked deals go on in every Senator's and Representative's Washington offices all day, every day. No way will they allow law enforcement access to that inner sanctum.

What a disgraceful joke and a system of hypocrisy. The madames pay the cost of breaking the law to its fullest extent, while the rich and powerful elite like the whoremongering Vitter go untouched. Government of, by and for the people it is not, but rather government of, by and for the rich and powerful elite. "You're doin' a heckuva job" Davie baby.

Well, perhaps now they can shovel the dirt over the coffin, instead of continuously tossing it around... Done deal, finito, hasta luego......... Now if only there were some kind of ethics, er, uhhhh.... morals acted upon, and something Strongconcrete could be established....... Intersting story I saw on WWL last night, Corpse of Engineers allowing newspaper to be stuffed in floodwalls with a thin veil of mortar or cement to hide its composition........ Hmmm.... nifty idea... but it wasn't strongconcrete,,,,,,,,,,,, Just the wrong use of newspaper....

Well what do you expect in situations like this? The losers were the D.C. Madam and the Canal Street Madam. The johns are walking the streets and one of the women is dead at her own hands and the other doing who knows what. If this is not sexual discrimination, the what is.
