BTW, being "brilliant and effectively loquacious" means very little if one's actions do not match one's words. In that instance one's "gift of gab" only serves to make one a more effective liar; but a liar none-the-less.

You say race should not be a deciding factor in an election, I agree. I would gladly vote for a conservative black person for office - such as Thomas Sowell - but I oppose Barak Obama for his policies. Can you understand that? Or are YOU blinded by race? I too voted for him last November - what he said he'd do ("go through the budget line by line... eliminate all wasteful and unneeded spending and programs") turns out to be lies to fool fools like me. No more. I will support all those (of any color) who oppose him and his supporters (of any color) for their deficit spending alone. I'm looking forward to this November's election ... you?

Last night, in New Orleans, a fantastic event took place. New Orleans's Black citizenry put Race aside and voted for Mitch Landrieu, the candidate whom they felt would unite all of New Orleans by believing in his campaign motto "One people, one fight, one city". They voted for the candidate with a proven record of "public servitude". On the other hand, I was not proud of my race that only gave our Half-white/Half-black President a 14 % vote of confidence when he was elected. It is not Christian to let Race be a deciding factor in an election. It is time for the hypocrites of Louisiana and Texas and Arkansas and Mississippi and Alabama do a little more "soul searching". Sure, they will come up with a lot of "OTHER" reasons that don't fly under radar. I was in that 14 %, and I support President Obama's efforts and achievements at every opportunity. We have never had as brilliant and effectively loquacious President before, and we probably will not in the future.
