New Orleans Nagin, Mayors To Meet With Obama, Biden

 Washington, D.C. - The nation's mayors have been invited by U.S.President Barack Obama and U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden to the White House for a meeting with The Conference of Mayors leadership on the morning of Friday, February 20, 2009.   Led by U.S. Conference of Mayors President Miami Mayor Manny Diaz, over 60 mayors will also meet with Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr., Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood, Energy Secretary Dr. Steven Chu, Education Secretary Arne Duncan and White
House Senior Staff.

Following the White House meeting, the mayors will gather at the CapitolHilton in Washington, D.C. for a session with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson, U.S. Department of Energy Weatherization Program Director Gil Sperling, and U.S. Department of Justice COPS Office Acting Director Tim Quinn.  

Attending for the Mayors will be Mayor C. Ray Nagin of New Orleans.

Yes, we will pay for whoever he brings with him. We will alsopay for wherever his wife decides to eat. Noladude, you must understand, the politicians who are the champions of the downtrodden and the disenfranchised, are "special." They do not have to pay taxes, they can jet around and be driven in huge SUVs, they are special and are entitled to be exempt from the very same things they condemn if you or I were to do them. Once you understand that, you will no longer be confused.

FLord helpo us. If Nagin gets chance to speak, he'll find a way to further disgrace New Orleans. It seems to be the only talent he has. Are we paying for him to take his personal Sanitation Director along too? Who will feed his wife while he's gone?
