There is no doubt that the younger generation is many steps ahead of their parents and remain so?  For instance, the youth are using the Internet in a totally different way than the older generation.  They are using devices that are coming out “fresh” every day.  Worse, some parents are just learning that the Internet exists.  Some, as a commercial says, I just discovered the Internet”.  That is true for many parents of the “younger generation” who will be the first to use e-newspapers, chrome and news readers.

Already they have started to teach parents how to use text messaging and using the cell phones.  New browsers and news readers are next.  .

The new generation leading the charge is exactly what Gerri Martin-Flickinger of Adobe Systems, Inc told an audience in New Orleans at an event sponsored by the Louisiana Technology Council.  Not only is the future now, but, it is moving faster than we can keep up with.  And our youth has the key to open the gates to tomorrow.  Sort of fun, yet, frightening isn’t it?   Then, the youth leading the charge with technology is not news, is it?
