No doubt, the tensions at the White House, the U.S. Capitol, the state legislatures, the doctors’ offices, hospitals, insurance agencies and certainly in the homes are mounting. The health care law, the Patient Portability and Affordable Care Act or derisively, Obamacare, whatever one wants to call it is making everyone nervous.
Everyone seems to have an interest and an opinion as to whether the law is constitutional or good for the economy or good for the democracy or even good politics.
While large populations on both sides of the issue want the legislation to be either held constitutional or just the opposite, unconstitutional, some are hoping the Justices will find some middle ground keeping some of the popular provisions such as pre-existing illnesses.
So, with time ticking and the political lines drawn, with Fox News and MSNBC both auditioning their talking points depending upon how the majority of the court should rule, now that the health care law has become more understandable and perhaps more palpable, how do you believe the Supreme Court should do in rendering its monumental decision?
