Judge Tells Lindsay Lohan She’s No Different with Stolen Necklace Felony Charge
Written by

Lindsay Lohan once again was facing a judge on Wednesday.

But, this time, the man in the black robe, Judge Keith Schwartz, has the power to zap Lindsay Lohan right in the slammer for a long time.

Schwartz told Lohan that she is no different from anyone else.

"You're in a different situation now that a felony has been filed," Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz said after the actress pleaded not guilty Wednesday.

Lohan was arraignment on a charge that she stole a $2,500 necklace from an upscale jeweler.
