Jindal, last week, brought new blood in from his campaign team choosing another Teepell, the brother of Timmy Teepell to be deputy Chief of Staff. 

Lately, Murrill, received a bit of media criticism for a letter she wrote to the LSU Board.  Critics claim that she  suggested that LSU officials exert a “deliberative process privilege” as the rationale for withholding certain public records.

Gary Graphia Biography

Gary Graphia most recently served as Executive Vice President for The Shaw Group Inc. where he oversaw corporate development, mergers and acquisitions and client relations. Before that, Graphia held several positions at Shaw including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President for Corporate Development and Strategy and Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Before joining Shaw, Graphia was a partner at the law firm of Kean, Miller, Hawthorne, D'Armond, McCowan & Jarman. He previously practiced law at Phelps Dunbar after serving as Assistance Vice President at the Texas Commerce Bank National Association. Graphia received his bachelor’s degree  and Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University.
