Jindal On Campaign Road To Virginia, Louisiana GOP Slam Fayard
Written by

Louisiana's Governor Bobby Jindal is on the road again.

This afternoon, his spokesperson Kyle Plotkin said in an email that Governor "Jindal will travel to McLean, VA where he will attend a fundraiser in support of his gubernatorial reelection campaign. The Governor will return to Baton Rouge this evening."

To date,  Jindal reportedly has approximately 10 million dollars in his campaign warchest without any candidates declaring opposition.

Also today, the Louisiana GOP has sent out an email describing the delineating what it describes as " MYTH vs FACT...Fayard Distorts Her Own Hateful Rhetoric". Caroline Fayard, who lost her first foray into state politics last year in the Lt. Governor's race has been touted as a possible candidate against JIndal.

Political pundits believe her " I hate republicans" comments from a few weeks ago have only hurt her political career rather than help it.
