The Parish of Jefferson and Waste Management have entered into a settlement agreement which results in a dismissal of a portion of the claim pending in Federal Court. This settlement was reached pursuant to the recommendations of Magistrate Judge Roby. The Parish and Waste Management still have claims against one another in Federal Court. Due to the pending litigation, we cannot go into any further detail at this time.
