LSU Tigers Clobber Florida Gators 41-11 In Death Valley

LSUTop-ranked LSU Tigers beat the Florida Gators, 41-11 in Death Valley in Baton Rouge.  Florida was ranked 17th-ranked.  The win  sent LSU’s record to  .  The loss was the Gator’s second against three losses.

 Last week, Florida lost its first string quarterback John Brantley (high ankle sprain).

The Tigers have won all of its games thus far this year by double figures and have beaten four ranked opponents.

Spencer Ware rushed for 109 yards and two touchdowns.  Jarrett Lee helped put the Tigers ahead of Florida on their  second offensive play of the game by  hitting Rueben Randle for a 46-yard touchdown.  The Tigers never trailed.
