New Orleans Muses Mardi Gras Krewe Throws Special Parade

twistIn many ways, Mardi Gras is all about feeling good.

So, the New Orleans carnival organization Muses made sure that one special child received the special treatment she deserved without musing one moment over the cost or the reason.

 ABC 26 covered the story of a young handicapped girl, abused by other parade goers received the type of special attention  that dreams are made upon.
