Landrieu re elected smallDonald Trump Paris Accord decision is reverberating worldwide but particularly in the states and cities that are Democratic Party-based.  

For example, in Louisiana, New Orleans Mayor Landrieu has spoken out against Trump's decision. The Democratic Party nationally has expressed its anguish and anger and explains it’s response. The focus is upon cities and states to do what Trump and the federal government will not do.
