UPDATE: Shreveport police have released the surveillance video from Tuesday's robbery at the Barksdale Federal Credit Union on E. 70th Street.
It happened at 1:20 p.m. Police say a man walked in and handed the teller a note saying he was armed and wanted money. The teller gave him the money and he took off on foot. No one was injured, and no one actually saw the gun the suspect claimed to have.

Detectives are interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence, which includes the note handed to the teller. Surveillance images are expected to be released shortly.
