The following candidates have qualified for various races on the Nov. 4 ballot in the New Orleans area, according to the Louisiana Secretary of State’s Office website. Runoffs, where needed, will be Dec. 6. Qualifying for local elections is being held at parish clerk of court offices through Friday.
