There is a mob that wants to destroy our country. They want to change our political and economic systems and move us toward a communist form of government. Part of their attack is to demonize our history and traditions and destroy our monuments and symbols.
While millions of Americans love the country and revere our traditions, the radicals hate America and want to radically transform our nation. They plan on accomplishing their mission by eroding trust in law enforcement and targeting police departments for destruction across the country.
In 1999, I launched a career on radio and television, and started writing regular political columns. A frequent guest on my programs was Steve Sabludowsky, attorney and founder of Bayoubuzz.com. While we disagreed on some issues, we both agreed that there was a need for much more political humor in our state.
In Louisiana, our politicians, usually unwittingly, regularly provide plenty of comic material. Thus, along with our friend Betsie Gambel, we started Politics with a Punch, Louisiana’s version of Politically Incorrect. While the old show with Bill Maher is long gone, our program is still rolling along. Tomorrow night, we will be celebrating our 17th anniversary at the Eiffel Society, 2040 St. Charles Avenue.
The second term of New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu will thankfully come to an end on Monday May 7 and it cannot get here soon enough. There is not an overwhelming desire for the new Mayor to take office, instead it is a powerful yearning for self-serving Mitch Landrieu to leave. As evidence, please visit www.RingsidePolitics.comand see the failing grades being given to the Mayor in our online poll.
In his first 15 months, President Donald Trump has fired more administration officials than many Presidents do in an entire term. At this point, it is essential that he use his Celebrity Apprentice tagline “You’re Fired,” for three more Department of Justice officials: Special Counsel Robert Mueller, “The Jackal,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions “The Weasel,” and, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein “The Snake.”

On Monday, US Senator John Kennedy took questions from WGSO 990 conservative radio talk show host and Bayoubuzz columnist, Jeff Crouere, on a range of issues, ranging from North Korea dictator's haircut to a major haircutting the Louisiana budget needs this year during the legislative session. Kennedy has been touted as the key contender to Democrat John Bel Edwards's stay at the Governor's mansion with the election approaching next year.
You don't mess around with the Clinton's.
Which just might be what some might be thinking as Donna Brazile discusses her new and quite controversial book about the disruptive 2016 Presidential election in which Donald Trump beat all odds and the Democratic institution led by none other than Hillary and Team Clinton.
What was the impact of the Russians hacking the Democrats?
What is the real issue related to the Russian involvement in American elections of 2016? Who killed Seth Rich and why? Was the Democratic nomination process rigged?
What will Sidney do? Can Desiree Charbonnet get more of the white vote than she did during the general election? What about Michael Bagneris who did have a following in the white community while his support in the African American community was very low comparatively speaking?
The New Orleans Mayor’s race was boring. The main excitement was the sideshow between businessman Sidney Torres and Desiree Charbonnet. Torres wasn’t even a candidate. Since LaToya has a strong lead in the runoffs that will occur November 18, her opponent needs to go negative and she will do so.
Those were just some of the comments from political analyst and conservative talk radio host Jeff Crouere in a Facebook Live discussion Thursday night, only days after the general election.
