We need to know where Louisiana’s US Senator John Kennedy stands on President Donald Trump and on the issues in Congress, specifically, now, the government shut down.

Today, once again on CNN’s New Day, the freshman US Senator was asked about the shutdown.

Senator Lindsey Graham, golfing buddy of President Donald Trump has criticized White House staff Stephen Miller again for getting in the way of a DACA deal and a federal government shut down deal.

Can you believe that a meeting held in the oval office has sparked a controversy being heard around the world in which the debate being is "a-hole" vs. "a-house"? Instead of discussing a budget deal and the wall and whether the dreamers are facing a nightmare, not of their own choosing over an issue basically not over their own choosing, the topic of discussion, for better or worse, has degenerated to what was said at a presidential meeting. The DACA kids and young adults came to America because their parents wanted a better life and as a result, the parents, broke the law and technically speaking, so did the kids.  So, who should be blamed for this conversation meltdown?

Now, Herr Trump is tweeting that he didn't use the language that apparently, Senators in the room say he did, in this latest round of controversy coming out of this White House.

Despite a number of news outlets reporting that the “King of Chaos”--as one person described him today on CNN--did utter those outrageous words about Haiti, Africa and elsewhere--he denies making the comments.

Today, President Donald Trump through his Attorney General issued a statement calling for the termination of DACA but with a six month opportunity for Congress to pass legislation that could save the deportation of roughly 800,000 people.
