At the beginning, we started Politics with a Punch on the intimate stage of Le Chat Noir, and then moved it to the Blue Room in the Roosevelt Hotel, before moving to our current location, the Eiffel Society, several years ago.
Each program is dedicated to one goal, having fun. Along with an outstanding panel of politicians, community leaders and comedians, we mostly discuss local and state topics. On Politics with a Punch, we don’t explore these topics in a traditional way, as does the local media. Instead, we focus on the plentiful humor that is regularly provided, often unwittingly, by our Louisiana politicians. To assist in the revelry, we invite our outstanding local comedians to participate on the panels for each program.
We thank our loyal audiences who have supported the show since its inception. We hope you can join us tomorrow night at the Eiffel Society for our 17thAnniversary celebration.
As usual, the doors will open at 6 p.m. and the show will start at 8 p.m. Patrons can enjoy cocktails and dinner at the Eiffel Society and it is always a great place to network and socialize.
Tomorrow night, our panel is fantastic. Here is who we have lined up. It includes some of our favorite All-Stars, along with some great newcomers:

Hon. Pat Brister, St. Tammany Parish President
