It is time for another presidential election, so it is time for the media and their Democratic Party allies to begin their hysterical warnings about Russian “meddling.” This was their mantra in the 2016 election. It led to congressional investigations, the failed Mueller investigation and the waste of almost $40 million in taxpayer funds. Of course, Mueller’s team of partisan Democratic Party attorneys found no collusion with the Russians by President Trump or his campaign.
We don't need Russian Bots to tell us there is a misinformation campaign taking place as we crank up for the upcoming elections. President Donald J. Trump is taking care of that Russian misinformation issue in the way that "only Trump can." We now know that in addition to his and the GOP Senate's refusal to pass any legislation that could stem the voter manipulation tide, the president has other ways to handle the problem.
How else can one explain it?
Our President Trump is more Vladimir Putin than he is our national intel. He's being called "Putin’s Puppet" and our Majority Leader, called McConnell, "Moscow Mitch".
Our nation’s intelligence, not only those experts appointed by President Barack Obama but those working on Donald Trump’s coin have warned us that the Russians interfered, are interfering and will do so come November 2020.
”The Russians are coming! The Russians are coming!” And according to politicians in both parties, they are out to infiltrate the entire U.S. election process. A special prosecutor is looking under every rock to find out the culprits involved. And down here in Louisiana, the Secretary of State’s office is calling for the immediate replacement of some 10,000 voting machines at a cost of $60 million. Wow! This looks like a really crisis. But is it?
Today, I was asked on Facebook, "one of my questions is how much was known to the Obama administration and what did they do, if anything?"
I responded with the below commentary. I am posting it here in its raw form, unedited. Do feel to respond below and I apologize for any spelling/grammatical issues that do exist as this was written as a Facebook reply with stream of consciousness to quickly summarize and to give an overview:
