President Donald Trump has a point.
Since late May, Joe Biden has not come out strongly against the riots that have run our streets now. The Democratic Convention was mute about rioters' physical brutalizing police, their torching federal buildings, their throwing Molotov cocktails.
Biden and Democratic leaders must crackdown using the legal forces available, whether it be the State Police, the National Guard, or any other available federal power that these Mayors and Governors can control. We do not want the President to send in unwanted agents as he did this summer in Portland. Nor do we want folks, boiling mad, to post onto the Internet, calling for vigilantes to gather their long rifles. We all know happens when that occurs.
It's official!! The US presidential race pitts the challengers Joe Biden and Kamala Harris vs. incumbent Donald Trump and Mike Pence.
Today, only days leading up to the Democratic convention, Joe Biden announced his running mate.
Shortly after the announcement, we wanted to see what the talking heads were saying about the match up. Below is a transcript of a portion of the Daily Meet the Press with Chuck Todd as host. Following that is Dana Perino and Chris Wallace from Fox News
Between now and election day, we’re going to hear the word “racism”, over and over again.
In the middle of the worse economy in our lives, the worse health disaster, with record unemployment and cities shutting down again, the word that is getting and will receive a tremendous amount of attention, is RACIST.
This is what happens when you mix Donald Trump, Black Lives Matters, police, boiling anger, and upcoming elections into the same pot. From that gumbo of hostility will inevitably be the charge of Racism. Those wanting a change will pick up on the many little words, actions, and nuances and proclaim Trump to be a racist. His backers, who believe he will lead them into making America great again, will reply that the real racists are those on the other side of the separation.
What should we do about Tara Reade?
Unless you've been on media lockdown lately, the lady somewhat has morphed into Joe Biden's running mate, of sorts. The Bidens, the Democrats, the media, and the anti-Trumpers are running away from her story, ready to explode. They must not. The past has long legs.
The torch Joe Biden claims he’s still carrying is sputtering like a firecracker on a wet lawn. In the second night of Democratic televised look-me-overs, the former V.P. was shut down by Cal Sen. Kamala Harris in a set piece that should spell the end for Uncle Joe. Harris, in contrast to Biden’s pasteurized plastic smile, was emotive, prosecutorial, and intelligent when she attacked Biden for comments he made, recently, about working with segregationist senators back in the day.
A new Quinnipiac University polls shows good news for the top Democratic presidential contenders. In individual matchups against President Trump, all of them are leading. In fact, former Vice President Joe Biden enjoys a significant lead of 53-40% over the President. Other polls also give Biden a strong lead over Trump, both nationally and in battleground states like Pennsylvania.
With the entry of creepy “Uncle Joe” Biden into the race for the White House, the total number of Democratic Party presidential candidates has reached 20, making it the largest field in history. Unfortunately, a massive number of candidates does not translate into great ideas on how to move the country forward. Most of the major proposals being offered by these presidential candidates are truly frightening and would propel the United States of America on the road toward socialism, which leads to economic ruin and societal devastation.
The Democratic Party is getting ready for a wide open 2020 presidential campaign. As of today, over a dozen candidates have officially entered the race and many more are waiting in the wings.
National and state polls show that many voters are unsatisfied with the current candidates and prefer former Vice President Joe Biden, a well known politician with an uneven political resume. While Biden did serve six terms as United States Senator from Delaware and two terms as Vice President, he also failed miserably in his two previous campaigns for the White House.
The Democrats now have their rock star in the ever growing presidential race. On Thursday, Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke officially launched his bid for the presidency. Beto is hoping to capitalize on the excitement that surrounded his losing U.S. Senate race last year in Texas. Despite a massive haul of $80 million, O’Rourke lost the race to incumbent U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX).
Now that the mid-terms are over, and the new Congress has started, political observers have already started to focus on the 2020 presidential campaign. Every election, it begins earlier, especially in this case because the Democrats and their supporters in the media are obsessed with defeating President Donald Trump.
The hatred from the left for Donald Trump is off the charts and it is getting worse all the time. This anger is fueling the 2020 presidential contest for Democrats and, as a result, contenders are moving to the far left to pick up support.
