The oily summer of 2010 has its first depression.  Tropical depression.

According to the National Hurricane Center, the Mexican government has issued a tropical storm warning for the East Coast of the Yucatan Peninsula from Chetumal northward to Cancun.
Eyes are watching with concern that the depression will turn into a tropical storm and that  it will enter the Gulf of  Mexico which is full of oil from  the BP rig spill.
