Tropical Storm Expected To Be Hurricane on Tuesday

Here are some of the changes in tropical storm Alex according to the Weather channel as of 10 pm  cst:
Alex should become a hurricane Tuesday.
“New thunderstorm activity near the center of Tropical Storm Alex indicate the system is strengthening.”
“Alex is moving toward the north at 5 mph. A turn back to the northwest is forecast Tuesday. “
“Further strengthening is likely as Alex moves over the very warm water in the Bay of Campeche and southwestern Gulf.”
“On its current forecast track Alex should make landfall Wednesday afternoon or evening, either in northeast Mexico or the lower Gulf Coast of Texas.”
According to the National Hurricane Center, Alex is likely to become a hurricane on Tuesday and tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 70 miles from the center.
