NFL personnel guru Gil Brandt of NFL.com chatted with Reggie Bush recently at a weekend in Dallas and said the Saints running back "feels a real sense of loyalty to the Saints franchise."
"I think the Saints would like to keep Bush and he would like to stay in New Orleans," writes Brandt. "It all depends to whether or not the Saints and Bush and his agent can come up with a new contract that involves less money. But they'll both want to make it work.
"I've heard the stories out there that say Bush won't take a pay cut to stay in New Orleans, but he did not say that to me. So it's all a matter of working out a deal."
