S&P Downgrades U.S. Credit Rating To AA Despite Debt Ceiling Deal

According to the AP, S&P, (Standard and Poors) has downgraded the United States credit rating from a AAA to a AA+ despite the agreement by President Barack Obama and the U.S. Congress.
