galatois2Bistro in Baton rouge opens Wednesday night featuring a 150-seat dining room with two separate private dining spaces that can seat 32 guests or be combined for a large celebration of 64 guests.

The new 40-seat patio offers “al fresco” dining throughout the year, or guests can enjoy a cocktail and dinner in the Galatoire’s Bistro bar.
