In Baton Rouge, the candidates for Governor  are debating what their visions for the state are should they be elected governor to replace term-limited Bobby Jindal.

The Louisiana legislature is debating how to plug a $1.6B budget deficit that threatens to shutter hospitals and schools.

Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, a likely candidate for president of the United States, is defending his position on legislation in Louisiana that would provide religious liberty protection.  Jindal’s is also promoting his column that appears in the New York Times.
