Louisiana gubernatorial debate: TOPS, Vitter and New Orleans crime

gov-mansion 200x149During Wednesday’s night LPB statewide-televised Louisiana debate to help determine which person will be occupying the governor's mansion, most of the focus on the issues were upon education asked by the students as to the impact upon them. 

 For instance, TOPS, the popular program to help fund education.  There was even discussion about other issues such as gay rights. 

Afterwards, during the Bayoubuzz Blab session, radio talk show hosts Jeff Crouere  and Jim Brown (also statewide elected official), discussed these issues with me, however, as would be expected, the conversation turned to Governor Jindal and crime.
