No "Politically Correct" Himmacanes here in Louisiana
Written by Jim Brown
I don’t know about you, but I sure am confused about all this current debate over gender equity, gay rights, and transgenders, especially with new rulings by the U.S. Supreme Court. I keep reading in the newspaper about LGBT. I had to look up the lettering to even know what the abbreviation means. Being “politically correct” has become an obsession with much of the country as well as right here at home in Louisiana.
Crouere: Let's Rally to Save America from the Mob
Written by Jeff Crouere
There is a mob that wants to destroy our country. They want to change our political and economic systems and move us toward a communist form of government. Part of their attack is to demonize our history and traditions and destroy our monuments and symbols.
While millions of Americans love the country and revere our traditions, the radicals hate America and want to radically transform our nation. They plan on accomplishing their mission by eroding trust in law enforcement and targeting police departments for destruction across the country.
Give credit to the Donald Trump virus and his sickly economy
Written by Stephen Sabludowsky
Could we possibly have a worse leader during the greatest national crises in modern American history than we do right now with President Donald Trump?
I’m serious. I only wish he would take the Coronavirus seriously, more than he takes his own political campaign and personal future.
For one, the economy is in complete shambles.
PC and extremists not whistling Dixie in tearing country down
Written by Jeff Crouere
In the span of just over one month, a plethora of changes have occurred in the world, all to appease the politically correct guardians who now monitor every aspect of our society. After the brutal killing of African American George Floyd by a vicious white Minneapolis police officer, the entire world has changed.
While there have been some peaceful protests, there have been way too many criminals who have used the occasion to engage in rioting and looting. Across the nation, innocent business owners have been targeted by these destructive hooligans.
Republicans just a few weeks ago were scouring major cities across the country to find a new location for their national convention, scheduled for mid-August. The GOP had originally planned to congregate in Charlotte North Carolina, but the governor set extremely strict standards for any type of large gathering. President Trump seems dead set on going to a more friendly environment. New Orleans was initially in the running.
There is a huge financial stake involved, with some 40,000 conventioneers projected to be attendance at wherever the location may be. The economic impact is estimated to be well over $200 million. Such conventions prove to be a huge financial generator for hotels, restaurants, cab drivers, bars and a whole host of local of entertainment options the fuel the local economy of any convention city.
The Art of White Privilege in Cantrell's New Orleans
Written by Jeff Crouere
New Orleans is a city that has a 65% majority African American population. In addition, the two most important positions in the city are held by African Americans: Mayor and Police Chief. There are also African Americans in powerful positions throughout the city administration, the city council, the school board, the business community, and other influential organizations.
The "Be Best" Trump tweets for today: False ads, Threaten protesters, Manipulated toddlers
Written by Stephen Sabludowsky
President Donald Trump loves twitter. Every day he takes it upon himself, despite his so-very busy schedule to share his thoughts with America. An hour rarely goes by, now-a-days, without the President telling us what's on top of his mind.
While his wife Melania claims she wants everybody to “Be Best” online, her husband obviously views social media a teensy-weensy different. Whether one loves his real-time thoughts (or not), there is plenty of “raw meat” within each of the 280-characters in his Tweetdom.
Wave Tulane Goodbye, school named after huge Confederate backer
Written by Jeff Crouere
As a youngster, I loved Tulane University. I grew up in the shadows of the massive Tulane Stadium on campus and enjoyed attending many football games with my family. I participated in their basketball camp, worked tirelessly as a ball boy for the baseball team and loved playing pick-up football and basketball games with friends at various sites on the campus.
Unfortunately, the Tulane University of yesteryear is long gone. Today, it is a hyper progressive university stuffed with card carrying liberals serving as administrators, professors, and students. Conservatives need not apply or even attempt to break through the liberal stranglehold.
Selfish, takes center stage, at Trump's Tulsa MAGA campaign rally
Written by Stephen Sabludowsky
I believe Donald Trump is the most selfish President in my lifetime. He's the most selfish person I have ever known. Selfishness is acceptable when it does not involve others. That possibility does not exist for the President of the United States.
Time to take a stand for flag and national anthem at sporting events
Written by Test
New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has stirred uP a national debate on standing when the national anthem is played at sporting events. I’ve always looked on honoring the flag and standing for the national anthem as a basic premise that connotes a commitment to protect our freedoms guaranteed to us under our constitution.
Who'll pay for America's and Trump's FIVE YEARS OF HELL?
Written by Jeff Crouere
On June 16, 2015, the future President and his wife rode down the escalator at Trump Tower in New York City and the political world will never be the same. The occasion was the presidential announcement speech of Donald Trump. Previously, Trump had considered running for President in 1988, 2000 and 2012. Each time, the allure of his real estate and media businesses kept Trump away from the race. This time, he felt it was his last chance to run and he seized the opportunity.
It looks like it’s time to get out the soap powder in Louisiana and the rest of the nation. In protests all over the country, there is a growing call for the banishment of whatever tattered remnants are left from the aftermath of the Civil War. Not just flags, but monuments, names, Dukes of Hazzard, Aunt Jemima syrup, Uncle Ben’s rice, Gone with the Wind, they all gotta go. The cultural cleansing in the Bayou state has begun.

Seeking America amid pandemic, antifa, riots, looting and anarchists
Written by Jeff Crouere
The United States of America will never be the same, it will be a much worse place to live and work. Amid a three-month pandemic, there has been a three-week cultural revolution, ignited by the brutal death of African American George Floyd in Minneapolis, that has changed our country forever.
Our country is a great experiment, a diverse nation of 50 states united by a founding document that enshrines God-given rights that people in other countries can only dream of realizing. The United States has become not only the world’s only superpower but also a country that has been a beacon of hope and freedom to the world.
Belladonna gonna, New Orleans under water, let's change street names
Written by Jeff Crouere
Early this morning another man was killed on the streets of New Orleans. It was barely mentioned in local media, just another murder victim and the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) provided few details. These regular incidents of crime spark little outrage from the public.
In contrast, last week, protesters marched throughout the city promoting the abolishment of the NOPD and the agenda of Black Lives Matter. The tragic death of George Floyd sparked national outrage. There are needed discussions that must be held regarding police reform, but it should not overlook the good work that most police officers do daily.
Racial fires flame America with civility Gone with the Wind
Written by Stephen Sabludowsky
I get it.
I get that millions of People, mainly white, do not like symbols and icons of the past to be swept away and suddenly Gone with the Wind. I understand that people are angry. They view the confederate flags and statues to be symbols of white supremacy, slavery, and oppression. I see why African Americans are afraid for their sons or their brothers to go to the corner drug store or take a run in the park.
In the 1992 presidential campaign, candidate Bill Clinton referred to himself as the “comeback kid” after his second-place finish in the New Hampshire primary. Only a slick candidate with the skill of Bill Clinton would be able to turn a loss by 8% into a victory. However, his characterization, supported by the media, gave his campaign momentum and he eventually won the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination and the White House.
In this campaign, the real “comeback kid” is President Donald Trump. Of course, unlike Clinton, he has had to endure constant negative media coverage and unrelenting abuse from Democrats, the Deep State and anti-Trump elements in the Republican Party. This President never received a honeymoon and was subjected to the Russia hoax, the Stormy Daniels investigation, a two-year Special Counsel witch hunt, the Ukraine hoax, impeachment and constant leaks and backstabbing from his own administration.
